Terms of service
These terms govern your use of halcyonumbrella.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products. Our umbrellas are printed to order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed canopy; such variation is not a fault. Pattern placement across the eight panels is deliberate and may vary slightly between units.
Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
Order acceptance. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. We may decline an order where fraud is suspected, the product is unavailable, or we cannot ship to the address given.
Intellectual property. The Halcyon name, the eight-panel mark, the pattern designs and the house naming system are the property of Halcyon Umbrella and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability. Our umbrellas are designed for ordinary rain. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, storm-force winds or alterations. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
