Shipping
Every umbrella is printed and assembled to order. Production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery then takes about 10–15 business days to the United States and Canada, and 10–20 business days elsewhere. You receive a tracking number the day your order leaves.
Shipping to the United States is free. Shipping elsewhere is calculated at checkout. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Because each umbrella is made for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If you are choosing between two patterns, write to us first and we will help.
Damaged or faulty
If your umbrella arrives damaged or develops a fault in normal use within 30 days, photograph it and email halcyonumbrella@gmail.com. We replace it; you do not post anything back.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to our partner because the address was incomplete, we will reship it once at the carrier’s cost.
